Tola to Gram is built to work without collecting personal data. This policy explains what little information is involved when you use the site and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Calculations: weights, rates and settings you enter are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
• Preferences on your device: the site uses your browser's local storage to remember your theme, chosen currency and the last rate you entered. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
• Messages you send: if you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.
• Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. Cookies and Analytics

Tola to Gram does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, your consent will be requested.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts (Google LLC) serves the site's typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• jsDelivr serves the country flag images. Your browser requests them from the jsDelivr CDN, which receives your IP address.
• Email: messages are delivered through standard email providers.

4. How We Use Information

We use messages only to reply to you and to improve the site. We do not sell, rent or share personal data for marketing.

5. Retention

Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or request a copy. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@tolatogram.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The site is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
